Plain English, because that's how we do everything: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to do the job you asked for, and we never sell it. The details are below.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the free-audit form:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- Your estimate of how many calls you miss each week
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. If we ever add visitor analytics, we will use a privacy-first tool that collects no personal data, and we will update this policy to say so.
How we use it
- To put together your free missed-call audit
- To contact you about your audit and scheduling — by text only if you checked the SMS-consent box
- To provide the CallRecover service if you become a client
Text messages
We only text you if you checked the consent box on the form. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
What we share — and what we never share
We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. Your form information is handled only by the service providers that run our systems — website and form hosting (Netlify) and our scheduling/messaging platform (GoHighLevel) — and only so we can deliver the service described above.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service. Want it gone? Email hello@callrecover.io and we'll delete it.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
