Terms of Service
Effective July 6, 2026 · CallRecover, a service of Clem Automation Works LLC, Longview, Texas
The service
CallRecover provides missed-call recovery for service businesses: text-back replies to calls you can't answer, gathering job details, booking appointments into your calendar, and follow-up messaging (including review requests). Replies to your customers may be generated by an automated (AI) assistant, and those messages identify themselves as automated.
Estimates are estimates
Numbers produced by the missed-call calculator on this site are estimates built from published industry data (Invoca, CallRail) and the figures you enter yourself. They are not a promise or guarantee of revenue, recovered calls, or any specific business outcome.
Pricing and billing
The current beta rate is $199 per month plus a $199 one-time setup fee, billed monthly. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. 30-day guarantee: if you cancel within your first 30 days as a new client, we refund your first month and your setup fee in full. After the first 30 days, fees already paid are not refunded. As a founding beta client, your $199/month rate is locked for the life of your account — it does not increase when the beta ends. The standard rate ($299/month) applies only to clients who join after the founding beta cohort is full.
Your accounts stay yours
Your business phone number, your accounts, and your data belong to you. If you leave, they go with you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't use it to send messages people haven't consented to receive. We may suspend service that violates this.
SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages sent by CallRecover to you, the business owner, about your free audit and scheduling:
- You only receive texts if you checked the consent box on our form. Consent isn't a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP or email hello@callrecover.io for help.
- Some messages may be sent by an automated (AI) assistant and are identified as such.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running around the clock, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
